Anne Stackman is the heart and soul of AnneE's Brew. She grew up with a love of good food, well presented and full of flavour.
Two of her favourite things, good food lovingly presented and Christmas. Annee’s Brew is the story of her passion. She loves to create exciting, colourful preserves, chutneys and jams to compliment the feast of fine foods we enjoy in Australia.
Experimenting with recipes handed down from mother to daughter, aunt to niece, friend to friend, and using only the freshest locally sourced produce combined with handpicked spices and vinegars, her preserves are crafted the traditional way, in small batches, ready to tantalise your taste buds with a burst of flavours from the freshest ingredients..
AnneE’S Brew home base is the little town of Dundee, NSW where Anne crafts her preserves in her fully licensed kitchen. Our range this year will include 3 new Labels from the Cocktail range : Banana, Passionfruit and Malibu Jam, Brandy Cumquat Marmalade and Gin & Lime Marmalade. We also have an addition to the Chutney range with Caramelised Fig & Onion Chutney – brilliant with cheese and crackers and superb on ham.
Our range is preservative free, made with real Australian grown fruit and vegies and select spices and vinegars! All of our range is created, bottled, and labelled in our Dundee premises ready to be delivered Australia wide.
Our preserves are sold at local markets, through select retail outlets and, soon, on the web. In just a little while you will be able to browse our online catalogue to view our range of jams, chutneys and sauces and pickles. Our preserves are all made with the best produce we can source, in small batches, the traditional way.
We will have many long time favourites and select special brews available from time to time, all made with care and love and only the finest ingredients. Please bear in mind that most of our range is of course subject to seasonal produce so not all products will be available year round.

M: Nice, mild flavour, nice on toast
Kerry: Beautiful on toast. Also very nice on Double Brie and Crackers
J: Perfect with pork or chicken or over slow cooked meat
Caramlised Fig & Ginger
M: Tasted like an onion relish , nicer with cold meat than on toast
Kerry: Add onion to the label
M: Nice, sweet, good with cold meats. Also nice on Double Brie & crackers
Kerry: Very nice on toast or on cheese platter. Sweet. Could do a version with a bit of chilli.
J: Brilliant with quiche
